Situation Centre

Starting March 3, 2020, the Situation Center began to operate in Aviation Administration of Kazakhstan JSC, with the purpose of monitoring coronovirus situation. The center observes the statistics of infected people in countries with which Kazakhstan has regular and irregular flights.

Those passengers who needs to consult on issues of canceled or limited regular destinations, Aviation Administration of Kazakhstan have call center at 8 (7172) 64 58 40, 8 (7172) 64 58 41.

March 12 to 24, 2020, the Situation Center operated 24/7. The total number of processed calls during this period was 1721.

Starting from March 25, 2020 the call center is transferred to working hours from 9 AM to 6 PM during work days (5/2).
