Responsibilities:

Requirements:

Chief examiner flight crew

 

Responsibilities:

· Carry out work to identify violations in the field of flight safety, develop recommendations for ensuring flight safety.

· Timely perform the tasks set by the Head of Division and the Director.

· Accept workplace discipline and rules of professional ethics.

· Report to the direct leader about all identified violations and shortcomings in connection with the work performed.

· Represent the interests of AAK in ministries, departments, and organizations within its competence.

Responsibilities:

Аviation AW inspector of UAV team

Responsibilities:

Exercises, within his/her competence, supervision over the activities of owners and operators of unmanned aircraft systems (hereinafter - "UAS") under the requirements of legislative and regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
Draws up and submits to the management reports on the inspection and control over the owners' activities and operators of the civil UAS.
Regarding of airworthiness of UAS:
- Reviews the documents submitted by the operators to obtain a certificate of conformity to the UAS’s design;
- Reviews the documents submitted by the operators for the issuance of the Airworthiness Certificates;
- examines the operational documentation submitted for approval;

Responsibilities:

 

  • Participation in the organization and coordination of work on labor protection in the organization;

Director of the Flight operations Department - Chief aviation inspector

 

Responsibilities:

  • Organize the operation of the Department and interaction with the structural subdivisions of the JSC, in accordance with the approved Regulations and the JSC Charter,
  • Organize planning, implementation and execution of measures to control and supervise flight safety in the area of aircraft operation.
  • Organize planning of measures to certify aircraft operators.
  • Organize the creation and improvement of the system of control and supervision of flight safety in the area of aircraft operation.
  • Supervise professional training and maintaining the qualifications of the Department's aviation inspectors.
  • Organize the interaction between the Department's subdivisions.
  • Ensure the implementation of the tasks and functions assigned to the Department.
  • Give explanations on the issues within the competence of the Department.
  • Organize the development of instructional materials in the area of flight operations in accordance with ICAO standards and recommended practices.
  • Provide timely and high quality public services as stipulated in the Regulations on the Department.

 

Requirements:

  • Higher professional education.
  • At least 12 years of work experience in civil aviation.
  • At least 7 years of experience in command and flying positions.
  • Experience as a flight instructor.
  • Experience in flight safety.
  • Knowledge of English.

Aviation inspector for airworthiness of commercial aircraft, Department of airworthiness

Qualification specifications:

  • Relevant College or University qualification to minimum Bachelor's level or equivalent in engineering or technical discipline.
  • Minimum 7 years’ experience in aircraft maintenance and/or engineering/regulator.
  • Knowledge of computer application MS Office and Adobe Acrobat at a level оf an experienced user.
  • Proficiency in English at an “intermediate” level of international levels scale.
  • Type training – at least 1 AC type (Certificate to prove).
  • Good organizational and planning skills of working time, detailed and creative approach to work, focus on results.

Aviation Inspector, Department of Aviation Security

Responsibilities:

  • Carry out certification, control and supervision of civil and experimental aviation;
  • Review and approve Aircraft and Airport Operators Aviation Security Programs, Aviation Security Training and Retraining Programs;
  • Issuance, renewal, suspension, and revocation of airport aviation security service’s screening service certificates;
  • Issuance of inspection orders. Control and supervision in conjunction with other state agencies in accordance with their competence for the observance of laws, rules and procedures to protect the civil aviation of the Republic of Kazakhstan from acts of unlawful interference;
  • Control and supervision over the compliance with the requirements of regulations on aviation security and investigate cases of violations. Maintaining records of violations of aviation security requirements;
  • Arrange, control and coordinate activities to ensure protection and security of passengers, crew members, ground personnel, population, aircraft, airport and air navigation facilities against acts of unlawful interference committed on the ground and in flight;
  • Cooperate and coordinate with other government agencies on matters of aviation security;
  • Development of regulations in the field of aviation security and implementation of ICAO recommended practices and standards in the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

 

Qualification requirements:

  • Citizenship of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
  • Higher education: technical sciences and technology (aeronautical engineering and technology), or law or services (organization of transportation, traffic and operation of transport, aviation security in air transport), or social sciences, economics and business;
  • At least two years of work experience with the civil aviation authority in the field of aviation security, or at least three years of work experience in the field of aviation security in civil aviation organizations or other related areas (law enforcement and special state agencies), or at least three years of work experience as a chief specialist in aviation security in organizations which are state enterprises with the right of economic management and which have been under the authority of the aviation security authority
  • Certificate of training and retraining as an ASS supervisor issued by ICAO training centers;
  • Certificate of completion of national inspectors courses issued by ICAO training centers;
  • Certificate of completion of an aviation security instructor training course issued by ICAO training centers.

Professional competence:

  • Knowledge of the normative legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan regulating relations in the field of civil aviation;
  • Knowledge on ICAO standards and recommended practices as per functional responsibilities;
  • Knowledge on the requirements, methods and procedures applied in protecting civil aviation from acts of unlawful interference;
  • Knowledge of airport screening technology procedures, access and on-site security at airports;
  • Knowledge of English language sufficient to read and understand technical documentation;
  • Computer skills in Word, Excel, E-mail, Internet, Power Point.
