Manager of the Department of accounting and financial statement

Responsibilities:

  • accrual of travel expenses, control over timely submission by the Company's employees of advance reports on travel expenses;
  • prepare prepayment reports on submitted documents of employees, carry out all actions before approval by the manager;
  • payroll, allowances, bonuses, vacation allowances, compensations and temporary disability cards to the Company's employees and transfer them to bank cards accounts;
  • Calculate and transfer individual income tax, social tax, as well as withholding and transfer of mandatory pension contributions to the accumulated pension fund, accrual and transfer of social contributions to the State Social Insurance Fund;
  • to make a report on the work (Form 1-T), for submission to the RSU "Department of Statistics of Nur-Sultan City Committee on Statistics of the Ministry of National Economy of RK";
  • accounting for settlements with suppliers;
  • controlling the correctness and timeliness of money crediting by banks, making payments, collection of commissions for services rendered;
  • correspondence with the Company's service banks on issues related to settlements and crediting of money;
  • reflection in the program "1C Accounting" the movement of money on current accounts, loans, bank deposits based on primary documents;
  • control in the order of reconciliation of settlements, accounting of settlements with suppliers;
  • uploading electronic invoices from the "ESF" system and reflection in 1C Accounting system.

 

Requirements:

- higher education;

- practical work experience in the specialty of at least 3 years;

Knowledge of:

  • Budget Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
  • Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan " About joint stock companies";
  • The Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan " About the use of airspace of the Republic of Kazakhstan and aviation activity";
  • The Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan " About state property";
  • The Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan " About state purchases ";
  • legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the field of accounting and financial reporting;
  • International Financial Reporting Standards;
  • legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the field of taxation.

Manager of Legal Department

Duties:

  • legal analysis of draft regulatory and legal acts, as well as materials of control and supervision prepared by structural units of the enterprise, as well as participation in their preparation;
  • Providing advice and clarification to supervised units on the application of the law;
  • Representation of interests of the enterprise in courts, state and other organizations;
  • analysis of claims and court cases, the procedures of concluding and executing contracts for the development of proposals to address deficiencies and improve the activities of the enterprise;
  • consideration and proposal of opinions at the request of state bodies, other organizations and persons on the provision of information containing commercial and other secrets protected by law;
  • legal support of corporate activities of the enterprise.

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of experience in the legal field, experience in the corporate sector is desirable;
  • knowledge of civil, banking, labor, tax laws, the Law on Joint Stock Companies and other laws regulating the activities of joint stock companies;
  • knowledge of Kazakh, Russian and English (not lower than upper - intermediate).
